I worked for Accor for a significant period and left purely because of family circumstances, not performance — I delivered strong results while I was there. I have been trying to rejoin ever since and every application ends in an automated rejection. I also reached out to leaders inside the Accor network and got either no response at all or vague excuses. For a former employee in good standing, that silence is hard to understand.
