Competitive compensation and stock, huge scale of problems to work on, and lots of internal mobility if you perform.

Bad: High pressure and long hours are common. Work-life balance is team-dependent but often poor. Performance management can feel harsh, and the culture can feel like you’re a replaceable cog.
