Three rounds on Teams — HR first, then the GM, then the CEO with the Finance Controller. It all went well. Afterwards HR called to say they wanted to shortlist me, but only at a basic, lower-range salary for a leadership position, and the way it was put across was unprofessional. After that call there was nothing at all: no email, no message, not even a basic rejection. Months later, still silence. Expecting a low salary range while the responsibilities stay extremely high says a lot about how recruitment is run there.
