The mission is genuinely meaningful, helping other companies build better workplaces feels good most days. Colleagues are smart, collaborative, and the camaraderie is one of the best parts. Flexibility and hybrid options are real, and some managers are transparent and supportive. On the flip side, the day-to-day doesn’t always match the brand. Internal politics and favoritism show up more than you’d expect from a company that sells high-trust cultures. Decision-making can be slow, career paths are unclear (especially if you’re not new), and pay sits in the average-to-low range for the work and expectations. Work-life balance is talked about a lot but often slips under pressure. Overall it was a solid place with good people and a strong purpose, but the gap between the messaging and the internal reality is noticeable. Worth it for the experience and network, less so if you’re looking for clear growth or top-tier compensation.

Good: - Strong sense of mission – helping other companies build better workplaces actually feels meaningful. - Good people and real camaraderie. Colleagues are generally smart, supportive and collaborative. - Flexible / hybrid work is real and some managers are open and transparent.

Bad: - Internal politics and favoritism show up more than you’d expect from a company that sells “high-trust” culture. - Career growth and clear promotion paths are limited, especially after the first year or two. - Pay is average to low for the expectations and workload.
