Travel discounts (Go Hilton) are genuinely excellent. Culture is usually friendly and team-oriented. Good training and some internal mobility.
Bad: Understaffing is common, so you end up doing extra work. Management quality varies a lot by hotel. Pay is not competitive for the physical demands, and scheduling can be rigid.
