Goods: Strong brand, excellent hotel discounts for staff and family, good benefits, and opportunities to move between properties. Many colleagues are professional and guest-focused. Bads: Hours can be long and unpredictable, especially during peak season. Pay is average for the workload, and advancement often depends on the specific property rather than pure performance. Work-life balance suffers when the hotel is busy.
